Court Security Supervisor: Lead & Protect Access

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Court & Tribunal Security Supervisor at Hereford Magistrates Court to lead a on-site security team, maintain a welcoming environment and ensure compliant operations.

The role requires a valid SIA licence, the right to work in the UK, DBS/BS7858 clearance, and proven leadership in security. You will manage access, CCTV and incident response while delivering professional service to court users.
