Court Security Supervisor - Lead a Welcoming, Safe Court

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Court & Tribunal Security Supervisor to lead the on-site security team at Hereford Magistrates Court. You will oversee day-to-day security operations, manage access, and maintain a welcoming environment for visitors and staff.

The role requires supervising security teams, strong communication skills, SIA licensing, and compliance with health and safety and security procedures. A site-based leadership position with weekend cover on rota when needed.
