Court Operations & Customer Support Officer

HM Courts & Tribunals Service is hiring Operational Support Officers to provide telephone and administrative support to court users across Birmingham. You will work as part of a team to meet performance targets and help keep the court system running smoothly.

Based in Birmingham, you will handle data entry, respond to enquiries with empathy, and use email and webchat for routine communications, while maintaining accurate digital records and delivering excellent service to the public.
