The Role
You will manage a broad range of Court of Protection matters, including:
- Acting for vulnerable individuals and their families
- Deputyship applications and administration
- Advising on powers of attorney and capacity issues
- Working alongside the private client team on complex estate and tax planning cases
- Liaising with medical professionals, case managers, and financial advisors

About You
- Qualified Solicitor with experience in Court of Protection matters (PQE level flexible as a guide)
