Court of Protection Paralegal - Private Client Focus

Chattertons seeks an Experienced Court of Protection Paralegal to join its Lincolnshire-based team. The role is fee-earning and focuses on assisting with routine Court of Protection work, deputyship applications and client matters.

The successful candidate will bring substantial Court of Protection experience, a proactive and organised approach, and a commitment to high-quality service for vulnerable clients. In-house training is provided and driving is required for appointments.
