Court of Protection Paralegal - Private Client

Porter Dodson in Taunton is seeking a Paralegal to join the Court of Protection and Management of Personal Affairs specialist team within our Private Client department. The role combines administrative tasks with fee-earning work to support Legal Advisors and ensure efficient client service.

You will draft documentation, review IDs for AML, maintain diaries, attend meetings, and help with billing and file closures. A proactive, well-organised approach and good IT skills are essential.
