Court Detainee Escort & Security Officer

Serco is recruiting a Prisoner Custody Officer (PCO) at Thames Magistrates Court to deliver safe and secure escorting and custody services during court proceedings. You will support detainee welfare, manage incidents, and work with court staff to ensure efficient operations. A 5 -week paid training course and ongoing guidance are provided.

The role requires flexibility for 24/6 shifts, a full UK driving licence (desirable), and the ability to stay calm under pressure in challenging situations.
