Job Description

The post-holder will be a motivated, enthusiastic and forward-thinking Course Leader who is passionate about Automotive education and committed to delivering outstanding outcomes for learners. Working as a strong team player and leader, they will maximise learner potential, drive positive progress and ensure timely achievement across all Automotive programmes but principally Level 2.

The ideal candidate will bring industry experience in light vehicle maintenance and repair and demonstrate flexibility in adapting provision to meet the diverse needs of learners. They will provide effective leadership to a team of Automotive tutors, ensuring high standards of teaching, learning, and assessment. The role involves leading the delivery of innovative, industry-relevant Automotive programmes, maintaining alignment with awarding body requirements, and contributing proactively to the College s quality improvement agenda as part of a successful and collaborative department.

Salary - £39,302 £45,250 per annum (FTE) Plus 28.7% Employer pension Contribution
