Job Title: Coupa P2P Functional Consultant (SAP MM)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Coupa P2P Functional Consultant to join an international FMCG organization for a long-term project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Procurement and P2P processes, SAP MM functional expertise, and proven Coupa integration experience.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a global transformation project, supporting the end-to-end deployment of the Coupa solution within a multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support end-to-end P2P process implementation (from design to go-live)

• Act as a functional expert in Procurement and Coupa systems integration

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements

• Define and document functional specifications for system configuration and integration

• Support Coupa-SAP MM integration and data migration activities

• Drive process standardization and optimization within Procurement

• Ensure successful deployment, testing, and user training

• Work cross-functionally across regions in an international FMCG environment

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of hands-on experience in Procurement/P2P processes

• Strong functional expertise in SAP MM

• Mandatory: Proven Coupa integration experience (implementation or rollout)

• Mandatory: Previous experience in the FMCG industry (global or regional scope)

• Demonstrated experience in end-to-end project delivery (design - deployment)

• Experience in carve-out or transformation projects (preferred)

• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)

• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
