About the Role

This position is for a County Lead of Buckinghamshire, responsible for establishing a County St John Council. The council will oversee and guide volunteer Community Networks, creating a structured and supportive framework that empowers volunteers to operate more effectively and efficiently. The role involves providing strategic leadership, coordination, and oversight to ensure volunteer efforts align with community needs and priorities, while avoiding duplication of services.

Candidate Profile

We seek a leader passionate about local volunteering and community support, capable of inspiring and supporting volunteers across the county. The role will also involve interacting with relevant Communities of Practice to share learning, advice, and best practices.
