Country Manager (Sales) - Ireland

PHC Europe B.V. - a subsidiary of PHC Holding Corporation - seeks an experienced sales professional to lead its Irish market. The role is based in a home office with occasional travel to the Netherlands, Runcorn and Ireland.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare annual plans, budgets, monthly forecasts, and action planners.
• Drive sales of PHC products and services, including after sales support.
• Plan and execute independent travel to meet prospects and customers.
• Organise and implement promotional activities and marketing initiatives in collaboration with the Marketing Manager.
• Maintain networks with end users (seminars, exhibitions, road shows).
• Provide technical presentations, training and support.
• Generate monthly sales reports and update CRM data.
• Attend sales meetings to discuss market penetration, product development and strategic positioning.
• Track market development and report on opportunities.

First Year Objectives

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Irish market.
• Build strong relationships with key customers.
• Demonstrate disciplined monthly reporting and self organisation.
• Represent PHC Europe to customers and maintain internal coordination with Export Manager and Marketing Team.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

• Higher professional education (e.g., Laboratory Science, Biotechnology, Life Sciences).
• Proven experience in a sales role within the biomedical or related sector.
• Strong commercial acumen and sales skills.
• Technical knowledge is advantageous.
• Computer skills - Microsoft Office, CRM database management.
• Excellent communication, organisational, prioritisation and networking abilities.
• Energetic, result oriented, and driven to build strong relationships.
• Collaboration skills and teamwork orientation.

Training & Education

On boarding training and internal product training will be provided. All employees have access to the LinkedIn Learning platform.
