As Country Manager, you will be fully responsible for launching and scaling Monta's operations in the UK. This means:

• Developing and executing a strong growth strategy tailored to the local market.
• Managing the full P&L, acting with ownership and entrepreneurial freedom.
• Leading, recruiting, and coaching a high-performing local team.
• Building strong relationships with clients, partners, and suppliers.
• Ensuring operational excellence in order fulfilment and delivery.
• Monitoring market trends and adapting strategy to stay competitive.
• Driving innovation and continuous improvement in service delivery.
• Ensuring full compliance with local regulations and Monta's safety standards.

You are a driven leader with a strong understanding of logistics and e-commerce, and you're ready to make an impact in a fast-growing international environment.

• You have at least 10 years of managerial experience in logistics or e-commerce.
• You have a solid understanding of the local UK eCom and logistics landscape.
• You hold a degree from a University of Applied Sciences (or equivalent).
• You are fluent in English - spoken and written.
• You lead by example and enjoy empowering others.
• You are hands on, analytical, and commercially minded.
• You thrive in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment.
