Job Description

Strategic Leadership

• Develop and execute country-level business strategy aligned with global objectives.
• Identify growth opportunities across institutional, wholesale, and retail segments.
• Represent the company at industry events, regulatory forums, and client engagements.

Sales & Trading

• Lead sales development across gold, silver, and platinum products.
• Oversee physical and paper trading activities, ensuring compliance and profitability.
• Build and maintain relationships with banks, trading houses, refiners, and investors.

Operations & Logistics

• Manage end-to-end logistics and warehousing of precious metals.
• Ensure operational excellence in refining, minting, and storage processes.
• Implement robust governance and responsible sourcing practices.

Finance & Legal Oversight

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
• Collaborate with legal teams to manage contracts, risk, and regulatory matters.

Team Leadership

• Build and lead a high-performing, cross-functional team.
• Foster a culture of integrity, innovation, and collaboration.
• Set KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and drive talent development.

The Successful Applicant

• 15+ years in sales/trading leadership within precious metals or commodities
• Deep knowledge of gold, silver, platinum markets; physical and paper trading
• Strategic thinking, negotiation, cross-border team leadership
• Strong grasp of international regulations and ESG standards
