Country Governance & Experience Partner

TikTok Commerce is seeking a Country Business Partner (Governance and Experience) in London to advise country leadership and regional stakeholders, translating market insights into actionable improvements across Policy, Product, and Operations. You will own governance risk mitigation and track key metrics to drive service quality and efficiency.

The role requires experience in operations, governance, policy, or platform operations, and strong stakeholder management in a fast-paced tech
