The Position Product Development Global (PDG) Clinical Operations team is seeking a UK Country Analytics and Portfolio Optimization Lead to help us deliver on the Pharma Vision and ensure operational excellence. In this role, you will be a key leader, driving a data-centric culture and providing strategic direction to our analytical solutions to deliver meaningful impact for patients. The Opportunity As the UK Country Analytics and Portfolio Optimization Lead, your primary focus will be to enable the effective utilisation of country-level operational analytics, supporting operational decisions and optimize portfolio performance You will support country-level operational portfolio reviews and resourcing decisions, serving as the primary contact for portfolio analytics questions. You will collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, from portfolio delivery teams to the PDG Analytics & Portfolio Optimization team, to generate actionable insights that will inform decision-making across the organization. You will integrate analytics into business processes, providing first-level support and training for self-service analytics products to empower teams to confidently use data. You will anticipate emergent business challenges, unlocking new opportunities for analytics to support our evolving business needs. Create a culture of trust and transparency by proactively improving data quality and establishing clear processes for insights gathering. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive patient-centricity and inclusive research by always putting the needs of the patient and investigator first, and to inspire and empower colleagues to integrate a more data driven approach to their decision making. Who you are You are a strategic and analytical individual with a deep understanding of how to leverage data to create compelling narratives and solve complex problems. You have a proven ability to collaborate effectively and support team goals in a complex global environment. You have a degree in a relevant field such as Life Sciences, Education, or Business, along with a proven track record of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry. You have a deep working knowledge of business functions and understand how decisions impact other parts of the organisation. You have demonstrated experience in translating data into actionable insights and creating compelling narratives. You are highly autonomous in prioritising responsibilities and can define long-term analytics roadmaps.
