Counterbalance FLT Driver & Picking

Job Overview

Lichfield Temporary £14.14 - £23.96 per hour. Real temp to perm opportunity after 3 months based on performance. Overtime available after 37.5 hours. Excellent weekend rates. £200 quarterly attendance bonus. Full training provided.

Pay Rates

Rates of pay are as follows:

• DAYS 06:00 - 14:00 / 08:00 - 16:00 - £14.14 basic, £18.80 overtime (after 37.5h), £21.21 Saturday/Sunday.
• AFTERNOONS 12:00 - 20:00 - £14.68 basic, £19.53 overtime (after 37.5h), £22.03 Saturday/Sunday.

Responsibilities

• Drive an FLT counterbalance.
• Load and unload car parts.
• Stack pallets.
• Perform FLT checks.
• Perform some computer work as required.

Qualifications

• Must hold an FLT licence.
• Have at least 6 months of experience with an FLT counterbalance.
• Have a keen eye for detail to ensure correct goods are picked.
• Display a good attitude and conduct themselves professionally.
• Be reliable, have good timekeeping skills and be flexible.
• Work to an accurate standard ensuring quality is met.
• Be structured and able to work independently or as part of a team.
