Counterbalance FLT & Production Op - Food Factory

QS Recruitment is seeking a Counterbalance FLT Driver / Production Operative for a busy food manufacturing site in Heckington. The role combines forklift driving with production tasks in a fast-paced environment, offering long-term temp-to-perm prospects.

You will split time 20% on FLT operations and 80% on production duties such as filling bulk bags, handling goods, and maintaining hygiene standards. Regular 12-hour day shifts, Monday to Friday, with overtime after 48 hours.
