Full Time, Permanent Over the Counter Assistant
Are you friendly, customer focused, and passionate about helping people feel their best? O'Sullivan's Pharmacy is now recruiting a full time, permanent OTC Assistant to join our welcoming Wilton team in Cork. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a rewarding career in a busy, community focused pharmacy where no two days are the same.
What We Offer- A stable, permanent full time position
- 39-40 hours per week across 5 days
- Which includes:
- Every second Saturday
- One Sunday every 4 weeks (12 6 pm)
- A supportive, friendly team environment
- Opportunities to learn, grow, and develop your pharmacy knowledge
As an important part of our front of shop team, you will:
- Ensure the smooth running of the OTC and cosmetics area
- Assist customers with queries, concerns, and product recommendations
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times
- Support stock management, merchandising, and daily store operations
You'll thrive in this role if you are:
- Customer focused with a warm, approachable manner
- Confident working in a busy, fast paced environment
- Calm under pressure and able to multi task
- Detail oriented with strong organisational skills
- A great communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Professional, friendly, and a strong team player
- Motivated, proactive, and full of initiative
- Experienced with OTC medicines (an advantage, but not essential)
