Cottage Cheese Plant Shift Leader

Rodda's on a new cottage cheese line in the UK is seeking a Shift Manager to own the operation from start-up through to day-to-day production. You will manage the production team, ensure strict process control, safety, quality and continuous improvement, and act as the lead on site during out-of-hours periods to safeguard standards.

The role calls for decisive leadership, hands-on experience with food processes and a collaborative approach with Technical, Engineering and Planning teams.
