Costs Draftsman - Court of Protection Sheffield

Based in our Sheffield office, this permanent role offers a competitive salary range of £30,000 to £55,000, allowing you to thrive in a friendly and inclusive environment. • Expertise in costs drafting, including the preparation of Bills of Costs for assessment
• Proficiency in legal procedures and the ability to manage caseloads and competing deadlines
• Strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner to engage with stakeholders across the business
• Flexibility to adapt to rapid changes in priorities and work both independently and as part of a team
• Desirable: Financial or legal qualifications, such as ACL or ILEX, and experience in legal departments, preferably with Court of Protection experience

• Minimum of two years' experience in costs drafting, either in-house or for an external supplier
• Proven experience with IT systems and time recording procedures
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to providing a seamless service
