Cost Reporting & Analytics Manager

What Your key Responsibilities will be
- Support the design and delivery of cost management reporting and performance insight aligned to strategic and budgetary goals.
- Monitor and report on key results for resourcing, costs, and finance dashboards, while supporting internal communications and strategic updates.
- Analyse performance trends to identify risks and opportunities, supporting informed decision-making.
- Maintain the Strategic Workforce Plan by aligning resource insights with long-term business needs.
- Support the execution of strategic programmes.
- Collaborate with Business Leads, Finance Partners, and Commercial Managers to support quarterly forecasting and planning.
- Continuously improve reporting processes and tools to enhance efficiency and value.
- Deliver ad hoc analysis, business cases, and presentations for senior leadership.
What We're Looking for:
- Experience in forecasting and performance reporting, ideally within a large, matrixed organisation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and distil insights.
- Experience in data visualisation and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel).
- Strong collaboration and communication skills., working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- A growth mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
- Problem-Solving: Creative and analytical thinking to resolve customer or business problems.
It would also be great if you had
- Experience in cost optimisation, financial planning and analysis or resource management.
- Familiarity with agile delivery environments and cross-functional teams.
- A background in customer experience, digital platforms, or financial services is advantageous.
