Cost Cap Compliance Strategist

McLaren Racing is seeking a Specialist, Financial Regulations to ensure compliance with the Formula One Financial Regulations. You will own Cost Cap schedules, translate complex rules into practical guidance and use data to identify risks and improvements.

You will collaborate with Finance and business stakeholders, analyze large datasets, and support FIA/audit activities while upholding accuracy and traceability.
