Job Description
Leading Manufacturing Company, Cost Accountant, County Armagh Manage product costings within the business Business partner with senior stakeholders including NPD, Commercial and Operations Manage standard cost roll-ups and impact on stock valuation Manage master data within the recipe system and manufacturing system ensuring costs and prices are accurate Reporting weekly on variances, including PPV, PV's and Labour Supporting the post launch review process Supporting the Head of Finance with analysis to report on profitability Supporting finance projects and continuous improvement initiatives Carry out any other administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of the department Carry out any other duties as reasonably required Contribute to the development of a culture of integrity, collaboration 'do the right thing' approach in all interactions. Ensure Food Safety compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements to remain audit-ready at all times What you'll need to succeed
A qualified or part-qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA) Proven track record in cost accounting, standard costing and variance analysis Experience with recipe management systems and ERP Strong Excel skills Excellent Attention to detail 3-5 years' experience in FMCG What you'll get in return
