Corporate/Partnership Senior Tax Associate - needed - £90k + bonus

We are representing a leading Accounting Firm based in Central London, they are growing rapidly and are looking for an experienced Corporate/Partnership Senior Tax Associate to join their team on a permanent basis - paying up to £90k + bonus for the right person

The incumbentwill have experience in assisting in the management of portfolio corporate clients.

Duties Include:

• The review of US Corporate and Partnership tax returns along with the associated underlying calculations applying the applicable US tax concepts (some complex)
• Conducting research to provide technical solutions and deliverables for clients.
• The preparation of budgets.
• Liaising with clients with guidance.
• Conducting research of US tax concepts, with the ability to demonstrate technical knowledge in US tax applicable and following the developments in US taxation including latest technology.

Requirements:

• Current US CPA, Enrolled Agent or similar qualification preferred, or progress towards becoming a US CPA, Enrolled Agent
• Looking for someone with over two years' experience in corporate or partnership US tax compliance
• Private Equity Fund exposure would be a 'nice to have'.
• Proficient in Excel and a major tax preparation software required (they are using CCH Axcess)
• Mentoring junior team members
