Corporate Tax Senior Manager - London (RC-18994)

We are seeking an experienced ACA &/or CTA qualified Corporate Tax Manager or Senior Manager to lead our Corporate Tax team in Central London.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for day to day running of a team.
• Grow business for the Corporate Tax offering.
• Collaborate closely with Partners and help shape the team's growth strategy.
• Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, including OMBs, SMEs, multinational and listed entities.
• Ensure delivery of high standard professional work for a challenging and varied portfolio.
• Provide technical backup to partners.

Qualifications

• ACA &/or CTA qualification and current experience at Manager or Senior Manager level in Corporate Tax.
• Strong technical skills and thorough understanding of UK corporate tax issues, including R&D tax credits, patent box claims, capital allowances, group restructures, M&A, exit planning, succession planning, transfer pricing and cross border taxes.
• Experience managing a team and delivering high quality professional work.
• Commercially minded, confident in dealing with entrepreneurial clients and able to provide technical support to partners.
