The Team

Our client is part of an International group, the tax team has now grown to 100+ professionals locally. As new projects continue to arrive, we are seeking a Corporate Tax Manager / Associate Director/Senior Manager candidates to join this ambitious and growing team.

The Role

As a Manager/Associate Director, you will:

  • Apply deep technical knowledge to develop solutions for complex tax issues.
  • Manage and lead a team on demanding assignments.
  • Deliver high-quality service to a portfolio of large corporate clients.

  • ACA/ACCA and/or CTA qualified.
  • Significant post-qualification experience in a corporation tax department of a medium/large practice.
  • Strong technical knowledge of tax issues affecting large corporates.
  • Approachable leader with a proactive interest in team performance and wellbeing.
  • Ability to work independently and take responsibility for wider team issues.
  • Skilled at identifying client opportunities and building trusted stakeholder relationships.
  • Manage a portfolio of large corporate clients, delivering intelligent and creative tax solutions.
  • Lead Corporation Tax compliance for UK/Irish/US corporates, including multinational groups.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of key tax areas (e.g. corporate interest restriction, Country-by-Country reporting).
  • Oversee financial operations of the team and meet financial targets.
  • Take ownership of client relationships and understand their business needs.
  • Contribute to client pitches and tender processes with tailored proposals.
  • Consult across technical areas while managing technical risk effectively.
  • Produce and communicate high-quality tax deliverables.
  • Ensure strict adherence to risk management procedures.
  • Lead, motivate, and coach managers/junior staff, ensuring feedback and career development.
  • Take proactive ownership of your career, gaining experience across diverse assignments.
