An elite international law firm is seeking an England & Wales qualified Corporate Tax Lawyer to join its high performing and collaborative Corporate Tax team in London. This is an exceptional opportunity for a lawyer looking to accelerate their career within a top tier global platform, working closely with market leading partners on complex, high value matters.

The successful candidate will work on a broad range of corporate tax matters, including:

• Cross border M&A and corporate restructurings
• Private equity transactions
• Tax aspects of major financings
• Joint ventures and international group structuring
• Advisory work for multinational clients on complex UK and international tax issues

You will be supported by partners renowned for their commercial approach, technical excellence, and commitment to long term career development.

• England & Wales qualified solicitor, minimum 2 years PQE
• Strong experience across a broad spectrum of corporate tax matters
• Background from an international or well regarded UK law firm
