A leading accountancy firm is looking to appoint a Director into its growing Entrepreneurial Tax team in Milton Keynes.
This is a senior advisory role working with entrepreneurs, shareholders and owner-managed businesses on some of the most important points in the business lifecycle.
The work includes corporate restructures, mergers and demergers, acquisitions, MBOs, shareholder exits, remuneration planning, succession, incentives and wider business and personal tax planning.
At Director level, the opportunity goes well beyond technical delivery.
You will take ownership of senior client relationships, lead complex advisory work, identify and develop new opportunities and play a visible role in the continued growth of the Entrepreneurial Tax practice.
