Corporate Tax Director - Entrepreneurial Focus

A growing accountancy firm is looking to appoint a Corporate Tax Director into its Entrepreneurial Tax team in Milton Keynes.

This is a role for someone who wants more than technical delivery.

You will work closely with entrepreneurs, shareholders and owner-managed businesses on the moments that matter most: restructures, acquisitions, mergers and demergers, MBOs, shareholder exits, remuneration planning, succession, incentives and wider business and personal tax planning.

The work is broad, commercially driven and advisory-led. You will take ownership of senior client relationships, lead complex projects and work closely with other specialist teams across Corporate Finance and the wider tax practice.

At Director level, there is real scope to influence the direction of the team. You will help shape the Entrepreneurial Tax offering, develop new opportunities, build your own client network and play a visible role in the continued growth of the practice.

The firm has a strong national tax platform, international reach and the resources to support complex client work, while still giving senior people the space to make an impact.

There is a clear and supported route towards Partnership.
