• Provide tax advisory services to start ups, scale ups, private businesses and FTSE listed multinationals.
• Deliver tax due diligence, structuring, international and other advisory work, liaising with specialists in other tax teams and overseas BDO offices to manage their input.
• Prepare proposals for new work, including researching target client companies and exploring technical solutions.
• Manage the successful delivery of commercially viable and technically excellent advice to a variety of clients.
• Identify and highlight opportunities for enhancing delivery and providing additional services to clients.
• Communicate regularly with senior managers, directors and partners to enable effective client service.
• Collaborate proactively with colleagues while managing own tasks and deadlines.

• A degree level education and/or CTA and/or ACA qualified or equivalent with demonstrable post qualified experience.
• Experience delivering the tax strategic framework with regular involvement in tax planning and complex tax issues.
• Experience in people management.
• Experience leading large scale or complex projects within one's area of expertise.
• Strong analytical, communication and leadership skills.
