The corporate tax team at this firm is expanding rapidly. We are looking for an experienced tax professional to work closely with partners and lead advisory work, with a clear pathway to senior leadership.

• Work closely with tax partners on diverse, project-based engagements for fast-growing businesses and larger groups.
• Lead tax advisory work and play a key role in business development alongside partners.
• Conduct M&A work, including tax-efficient structuring and due diligence.
• Perform corporate reorganisations, including demergers and reconstructions.
