A leading law firm in Belfast is seeking an experienced Corporate Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join its highly regarded corporate team.

The Role

You will work as part of a well-established corporate team advising on a broad range of transactional and advisory matters including:

• Mergers & acquisitions
• Corporate finance and investment transactions
• Joint ventures and shareholder arrangements
• Commercial contracts
• Corporate governance and restructuring matters

The team works closely with businesses throughout Northern Ireland, supporting them through key stages of growth, investment and succession, while also advising on larger cross-border and international transactions.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have:

• 5+ years' PQE in corporate law
• Strong experience in M&A and corporate transactions
• Excellent technical ability with a commercial mindset
• The ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• A proactive and collaborative approach to working within a growing team
