The roleYou will act on mergers and acquisitions, share and asset sales, company restructures, shareholder agreements, joint ventures and governance work. You will run your own files and support on larger deals.
What you will needA qualified solicitor with corporate experience from a recognised firm, strong drafting, commercial awareness and good client skills.
