JOB TITLE: Corporate Solicitor

THE ROLE:
• A highly regarded, well established law firm renowned for advising an impressive portfolio of clients is looking to welcome to an experienced Corporate Solicitor to its award winning corporate and commercial team.
• Handle a broad range of high quality, complex corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, share and asset sales and purchases, corporate restructures, investments, shareholder agreements, share incentive schemes, secured lending and wider corporate advisory work.
• Act on behalf of businesses across a variety of sectors offering exposure to quality work including the thriving video games industry.
• Advise on transactions ranging from owner managed businesses through to complex deals exceeding £100 million and work alongside experienced and collaborative colleagues.
THE CANDIDATE:
• Applications are welcomed from Corporate Solicitors who have at least 3 years of post qualification experience or equivalent, gained within a recognised corporate team.
• The successful candidate will possess strong technical expertise across a broad range of corporate transactions and be confident handling matters independently whilst simultaneously working collaboratively on more complex deals.
• You will demonstrate excellent communication and client relationship management skills, prove a strong commercial awareness and have a proactive approach to business development.
• This role will suit a talented Corporate Lawyer seeking to progress their career within a highly regarded and supportive team.
