A Legal 500-ranked law firm is looking for an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join its growing team in Manchester.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-quality corporate matters within a well-regarded and supportive team, advising a strong client base across a broad range of transactions.

You will have exposure to:

• M&A transactions
• Corporate restructures
• Shareholder agreements
• Joint ventures
• Corporate advisory work

The successful candidate will have:

• Strong corporate law experience
• Excellent technical and client-facing skills
• Commercial awareness
• Strong attention to detail
• The ability to manage matters independently

• £60,000-£70,000 salary
