Overview

• An opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Corporate Solicitor looking for a new challenge and the opportunity to play a key role in developing and growing this corporate team.
• Applications are welcomed from Solicitors with at least 3 years PQE dealing with a wide range of corporate matters.
• Ideal Corporate Solicitors will have experience of all types of corporate related matters including mergers & acquisitions, MBOs and MBIs, corporate finance matters and other general matters associated with corporate.
• You will play a key role in further developing the team as well as supporting junior members.
• Working closely with the Head of department, you will advise on and supervise restructuring matters as well as mergers and acquisitions and general company commercial law.
