Corporate Solicitor - 2+ PQE

A respected and growing law firm is seeking a Corporate Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join its established Corporate team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and commercially minded lawyer looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive and forward-thinking practice.

Working as part of a collaborative team, you will handle a varied caseload of corporate matters and play a key role in delivering high-quality advice to a broad client base.

• Managing a full caseload of corporate transactions and advisory matters from instruction to completion

• Providing clear, pragmatic and commercially focused legal advice

• Drafting and negotiating a range of corporate documentation

• Undertaking comprehensive due diligence and ensuring regulatory compliance

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, delivering excellent client care

• Supporting business development and marketing initiatives

• Working closely with colleagues to meet billing and performance targets

• Proactively managing financial aspects of matters, including time recording and fee recovery

• Minimum 2 years' PQE in corporate law

• Strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage matters independently

• Commercial awareness and a practical, solutions-focused approach

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail

• Comfortable using case management systems and general IT platforms
