Job Description

The Corporate Solicitor will be:

• Leading or supporting on high-value M&A transactions, disposals and corporate restructuring
• Managing due diligence, drafting and negotiating shareholder agreements and other corporate documentation
• Advising on corporate governance, group reorganisations and joint ventures
• Building and developing client relationships and contributing to business development within the corporate team
• Mentoring more junior members of the team and helping shape team processes and strategy

The Successful Applicant

The Corporate Solicitor should be:

• A solicitor (or equivalent) with 4+ years PQE in corporate/M&A work
• Experienced in managing full-cycle M&A transactions, disposals and corporate restructuringComfortable drafting and negotiating shareholder agreements, joint venture agreements, group reorganisations
• Commercially minded, with strong client-facing skills and the ability to build relationships
• Able to work effectively in a hybrid working environment and contribute to team growth and mentoring

Estimated salary starting from c£57k dependent on experience along with other company benefits, great progression and high quality work. Hybrid working from Greater Manchester office.
