The client is a global law firm with a large office in Sheffield. They have a highly rated Corporate practice which advises large Corporates on a range of work. This includes M & A and PE deals. Job Description

The Corporate Solicitor will deal with a range of work and responsibilities including;

• Providing legal advice and support on corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and private equity deals.
• Advising a range of clients from PE houses and FS clients
• Working closely with the Partners and senior fee earners on deals
• Helping the team on marketing and business development.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Corporate Solicitor should have:

• A qualification as a solicitor in England and Wales and likely to be around 1-4 years PQE
• Proven expertise in corporate law.
• Strong academics
• Ties to Sheffield
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
