Corporate Solicitor - Belfast (2-5 Years' PQE)
Full-Time Permanent Hybrid Working Available

An established and highly regarded commercial law firm in Belfast is seeking to add a Corporate Solicitor to its growing team. This opportunity is ideal for a solicitor with 2-5 years' post-qualification experience who is looking to deepen their exposure to a wide range of transactional and advisory work within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

The Role

You will work closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers on a broad mix of corporate matters, including:

  • Mergers & acquisitions (buy- and sell-side)
  • Shareholder agreements and joint ventures
  • Corporate restructures and reorganisations
  • Private equity and investment transactions
  • General corporate governance and advisory

Clients range from local SMEs and entrepreneurs to national and international businesses, offering you valuable variety and responsibility from day one.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland (or England & Wales, with NI experience)
  • 2-5 years' PQE in corporate law (in-house or private practice)
  • Strong technical knowledge across transactional and company law matters
  • Commercially minded, with excellent drafting and negotiation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an appetite for client-facing work
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
