Job Description
The Corporate Solicitor will be:
Advising clients on a range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and private equity deals.
Providing strategic legal counsel to support business growth and development.
Collaborating with a dynamic team to deliver high-quality legal services.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships to support business development.

The Successful Applicant
The Corporate Solicitor should be:
A UK qualified Solicitor.
Experienced in advising on M&A, joint ventures, and private equity transactions.
Able to demonstrate strong commercial awareness and client relationship skills.
