Corporate Senior Solicitor or Associate

A leading law firm is looking for a talented Senior Solicitor or Associate (4 years+ PQE) to join its dynamic Corporate team. This is a standout opportunity to work on high value M&A, private equity, joint ventures and complex corporate matters for a wide range of listed and unlisted companies, as well as private equity funds. Most of the M&A and private equity transactions involve a multi jurisdictional aspect, entailing strong project management skills and exercise of commercial judgment.

What you'll do:

• Run and support high profile M&A and PE deals
• Advise on reorganisations, investments and governance issues
• Draft high quality corporate documents and research
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to business development
