The Role

As a Senior Associate in our Corporate team, you will:

  • Lead on a range of corporate transactions including M&A, private equity, venture capital, management buyouts, restructurings, and capital markets work.
  • Work alongside partners and other senior colleagues on complex and high-value deals, often cross-office or cross-discipline.
  • Take primary responsibility for running transactions and managing client relationships.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, supporting their technical and professional growth.
  • Play an active role in business development, client engagement, and thought leadership within the team and wider firm.

Requirements About You

We are looking for a talented and motivated Corporate lawyer with:

  • At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in corporate law.
  • A strong track record of advising on corporate transactions, ideally gained at a leading regional, national, or City firm.
  • A commercial and client-centric approach, with the confidence to manage matters and build relationships.
  • An interest in mentoring others and contributing to the growth and culture of the team.
  • A collaborative mindset and a genuine enthusiasm for delivering exceptional client service.
