Corporate Reporting & Compliance Manager (US GAAP/SOX)

Borr Drilling Ltd in London is seeking a Corporate Reporting Manager to oversee external financial reporting and related capital markets filings. You will support US GAAP compliance, SOX controls, and the preparation of filings such as the 20-F and 6-K, while collaborating with regional accounting teams.

You will also contribute to ICFR, provide accounting guidance, and manage multiple projects to tighten reporting processes and policies.
