An international investment firm is seeking a professional and personable Receptionist to join its busy Front of House team on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast paced corporate environment and is available to start immediately.

The role

• First point of contact for all visitors and guests to the office
• Providing 5 client experience
• Organsing refreshments on arrival and setting up meetings rooms
• Answering and transferring calls
• Meeting room management
• Setting up meeting rooms with refreshments and catering (when required)
• Collate, sort and distribute post
• Responsible for kitchen supplies, drinks, coffee beans and milk
• Register external guests on the Visitor Management System
• Providing support with filing, copying and scanning when required

The ideal candidate

• Previous experience working as a Receptionist, Front of House Coordinator or Host is advantageous
• Experience within the financial services or wider corporate sector is desirable, but not essential
• Enjoys working in a fast paced, professional corporate environment and thrives under pressure
• Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive, can do attitude
• Well presented, organised with the ability to provide exceptional front of house experience
• Available to start immediately
