We're looking for an exceptional Corporate Receptionist to be one of the welcoming faces at this Central London Head Office. Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and staff with warmth and professionalism.
  • Be part of a team on a busy reception area, ensuring it remains organised and presentable at all times.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently and courteously.
  • Coordinate meeting rooms.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Support the wider office with administrative tasks as required.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and confidentiality.

You'll be someone who naturally enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

About You
  • Previous experience of working in a similar reception role, where you have gained excellent interpersonal skills to deliver high-quality face-to-face contact with clients and visitors.
  • A vibrant, positive, and professional personality.
  • High levels of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay alert and organised in a busy environment.
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and other office systems.
