Job Description

A global financial services firm are urgently seeking a capable and reliable receptionist to cover their front of house on a temporary basis while they recruit the role permanently. This role could become permanent for the right candidate.


Key Responsibilities

  • Meeting and greeting visitors in a professional manner and escorting them to meeting rooms.
  • Managing the switchboard.
  • Managing meeting room bookings and keeping rooms tidy and well stocked
  • Ordering lunches


Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in a front of house role within a corporate environment is essential.
  • Well presented with an excellent telephone manner
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
  • Highly organised with a keen eye for detail
  • Reliable and punctual
