Job Description
A global financial services firm are urgently seeking a capable and reliable receptionist to cover their front of house on a temporary basis while they recruit the role permanently. This role could become permanent for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Meeting and greeting visitors in a professional manner and escorting them to meeting rooms.
- Managing the switchboard.
- Managing meeting room bookings and keeping rooms tidy and well stocked
- Ordering lunches
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a front of house role within a corporate environment is essential.
- Well presented with an excellent telephone manner
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
- Highly organised with a keen eye for detail
- Reliable and punctual
