Overview

Corporate Partner - M&A focused for a Major firm based in Belfast. One of the most forward thinking and innovative law firms within the NI legal market is open to the appointment of an experienced and like-minded Partner (or aspiring Partner) to join the expanding team of the Belfast Office.

This firm has continually grown over the past few years and now holds a prominent position within the local and national market. Based in the Belfast office, you will help to expand and lead a department that will have access to a range of highly regarded and prestigious corporate entities.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and contribute to the growth and leadership of the corporate department in Belfast.
  • Apply broad experience across corporate law, commercial (IT/IP/Tech), and corporate finance topics in a busy, dynamic environment.
  • Engage with PE, VC, and related matters as part of the department's activities.
Requirements / Qualifications
  • Strong experience in corporate law, commercial (IT/IP/Tech), and corporate finance.
  • Proven ability to work in a busy, dynamic environment and to lead a department.
  • Experience in PE, VC and related matters is advantageous.
