THE ROLE

We are seeking a corporate lawyer with experience in M&A and, ideally, some Private Equity work.

While a following is not required, the candidate is likely to have strong connections and the ability to win work.

ABOUT YOU

You are a corporate lawyer with 5-8 PQE and a strong academic background. You are looking to join an entrepreneurial firm that offers quicker progression to partnership for successful candidates.

The hire will focus on servicing and expanding existing work, as well as helping to grow the firm's corporate offerings within the market.
