- Lead a variety of M&A transactions, including share and asset sales
- Manage management buy-outs
- Advise on corporate reorganisations and demergers
- Draft bespoke shareholder agreements and articles of association
- Provide corporate governance advice
- Handle private equity transactions
- Work independently within a busy team
- Take an active role in business development
- Lead share/asset sales and purchase transactions and management buy-outs
- Advise on corporate reorganisations and demergers
- Draft shareholder agreements and articles of association
- Provide corporate governance advice and private equity support
- Deliver high-quality commercial advice and maintain strong client relationships
- Support and contribute to business development and marketing initiatives
- 5+ years PQE in corporate or M&A law
- Strong drafting skills and commercial acumen
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent client care, business development, and networking abilities
- Confident in advising on complex corporate structures and commercial issues
